The product covers PDF/image document management, versioned review cycles, all-reviewer approval rules, Figma-style pinned comments, Slack-style channels, project phase tracking, timeline change logs, and mobile-friendly PWA access.

Problem
Construction feedback, files, approvals, and project conversations become difficult to reconstruct when they are scattered across messages and disconnected document versions.
System shape
The workspace keeps project access, document versions, pinned review comments, threaded conversations, approvals, and phase changes attached to the correct project and artifact.
Decision record
Version and approval state are explicit product records, so feedback remains connected to the reviewed document instead of disappearing into an unstructured chat history.
