Public pages may be viewed and shared lawfully.
02 · Inquiries
A form or call does not create a client relationship.
03 · Paid work
A signed project agreement controls the engagement.

Acceptance and scopeAcceptanceandscope

These terms apply to the public website and its inquiry paths.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the inquiry form or rely on website content as the basis for a decision.

Separate terms may apply to a source repository, project website, social platform, calendar booking page, or client product linked from this site.

02

Permitted usePermitteduse

The site is available for lawful business research and project conversations.

You may browse public pages, share links, and use the contact options for legitimate informational or business purposes. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to submit the information and request the conversation on its behalf.

03

Prohibited useProhibiteduse

Do not damage the service, bypass controls, or misuse people or content.

You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, probe or exploit vulnerabilities without permission, overload the form, submit malicious code, evade security checks, scrape in a way that degrades the service, impersonate another person, or use the site in violation of applicable law.

  • No fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, or unlawful submissions.
  • No attempts to obtain credentials, private records, or non-public project information.
  • No automated use that disrupts availability or defeats rate, origin, or bot controls.
04

Website informationWebsiteinformation

Public content is informative, not a promise of identical scope or results.

SuperNetrix aims to keep service descriptions, project status, technologies, links, and contribution statements accurate. However, software changes over time and website content may become incomplete, outdated, or unavailable.

A case study describes a particular context. It does not guarantee that another project will receive the same scope, result, timeline, architecture, commercial outcome, or price. Private details that are omitted should not be inferred.

05

No professional adviceNoprofessionaladvice

Website material is general information, not specialist advice for your circumstances.

Nothing on the public website is legal, financial, tax, medical, regulatory, investment, or security advice. Decisions in those areas should be reviewed with an appropriately qualified adviser who understands the specific facts.

06

Project inquiriesProjectinquiries

Starting a conversation is non-binding for both sides.

Sending a form, email, social message, or booking request does not create a client, partnership, employment, fiduciary, or advisory relationship. It does not reserve delivery capacity, require a proposal, or require either side to proceed.

Do not send trade secrets, credentials, regulated data, or other confidential material until the parties have agreed on suitable confidentiality terms and a secure sharing method.

07

Paid engagementsPaidengagements

Project-specific rights and obligations belong in a signed written agreement.

Any paid work is governed by a proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, or other written engagement document accepted by the relevant parties. That document should define scope, responsibilities, assumptions, timeline, fees, payment, acceptance, change handling, ownership, confidentiality, support, and termination.

If an accepted project agreement conflicts with these website terms, the project agreement controls for that engagement.

08

Intellectual propertyIntellectualproperty

Website rights remain with their owners; linked source code follows its own licence.

The SuperNetrix name, website design, original text, code, and graphics are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Third-party names, logos, screenshots, and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

You may not copy, republish, sell, remove attribution from, or create a misleading derivative of protected website material except where applicable law or an express licence permits it. A public repository link does not by itself grant reuse rights; the licence inside that repository controls.

09

Third-party servicesThird-partyservices

External links are provided for context and remain outside SuperNetrix control.

The website may link to project sites, repositories, scheduling tools, social networks, or other services. Their operators control their own content, terms, privacy practices, security, and availability.

A link does not mean SuperNetrix owns, endorses, guarantees, or continuously monitors the third-party service.

10

Availability and changesAvailabilityandchanges

The public site may change and is not offered with an uptime commitment.

The website is provided on an as-available basis. SuperNetrix may correct, update, suspend, restrict, or remove part of the site without notice, including where needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or content accuracy.

An uptime commitment or support level applies only when it appears in a separate signed agreement.

11

Disclaimers and responsibilityDisclaimersandresponsibility

Mandatory legal rights remain intact; website-only promises are limited.

To the extent allowed by law, the public website is provided without additional warranties, including implied warranties of fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Any warranty for paid work must be stated in the relevant project agreement.

To the extent allowed by law, SuperNetrix is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss caused solely by access to, inability to access, or reliance on this public website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

12

Applicable terms and resolving concernsApplicabletermsandresolvingconcerns

A signed agreement should identify the law and dispute process for paid work.

If a website concern arises, contact badri.supernetrix@gmail.com first so it can be reviewed. The governing law, venue, and dispute process for a paid engagement should be stated in the signed engagement document rather than assumed from this website.

We may update these terms as the site, services, or legal requirements change. The latest published version applies from the date shown in the document header, without overriding mandatory rights or an existing signed agreement.
