SiteSales AI
AI sales intelligence platform that analyzes site-visit calls, coaches agents, flags risky behavior, and tracks company mobile status.
What the product covers.
SiteSales AI gives construction sales leaders a complete view of how agents handle prospects visiting house sites. The platform analyzes every sales call for confidence, objection handling, follow-up quality, closing ideas, and compliance risks, then turns the findings into admin-ready coaching notes, agent scorecards, and escalation signals. Because the phones are company-owned, the admin view also tracks agent availability, online status, mobile battery/charging state, and device health so operations can separate sales performance from field-availability issues.
The decisions inside the build.
A concise account of the operating problem, the resulting system shape, and the technical decision that kept the work coherent.
Problem
Construction sales leaders need to separate call quality and follow-up problems from simple field availability when agents work away from a central office.
System shape
The product connects site-visit call review, coaching notes, scorecards, escalation signals, agent availability, and company-device status in one operations view.
Decision record
Sales behavior and device availability are presented as separate signals so managers can understand whether a missed follow-up is a coaching, compliance, or field-operations problem.
