Scope and responsibilityScopeandresponsibility

Who this notice covers and what SuperNetrix controls.

This policy applies to the public SuperNetrix website, its project inquiry form, and the meeting-booking link made available from the contact page. It does not automatically cover a client product, a third-party website, or processing governed by a separate signed project agreement.

SuperNetrix operates this website and decides why information submitted through its inquiry flow is used. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to badri.supernetrix@gmail.com.

02

Information you provideInformationyouprovide

The contact flow asks only for context needed to start a project conversation.

Required inquiry fields are your name, email address, requested service, project summary, confirmation that you have read this policy, and a bot-verification token. You may also provide a company name, project stage, budget range, and preferred timeline.

If you reply to the acknowledgement email or continue the conversation, your message may contain additional information that you choose to share. If you book a meeting, the scheduling flow may request your name, email address, availability, and answers to the booking questions configured for that calendar.

Important

Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, health information, confidential source code, or other sensitive material through the public form.

03

Technical and anti-abuse dataTechnicalandanti-abusedata

A limited amount of request data is processed to deliver and protect the site.

Hosting and security providers may process request information such as IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser or device details, requested pages, referring page, timestamps, error information, and performance or security signals.

For inquiry submissions, the server may pass the request IP address, verification token, expected hostname, and an idempotency identifier to Cloudflare Turnstile. The idempotency identifier helps avoid treating the same verified submission as a new request when it is retried.

04

How information is usedHowinformationisused

Information is used for a defined inquiry, delivery, security, and record-keeping purpose.

We use inquiry and scheduling information to respond, understand the requested work, assess whether SuperNetrix is a suitable fit, arrange a conversation, prepare a proposal, deliver the acknowledgement email, and maintain reasonable business records.

Technical information is used to operate the website, validate submissions, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and protect the service. Inquiry information is not used to make an automated legal or similarly significant decision about you.

  • Respond to a request and take steps you ask for before a possible engagement.
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and secure the website and contact endpoint.
  • Meet legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, or record-keeping obligations.
05

Legal grounds where requiredLegalgroundswhererequired

The relevant basis depends on the request and the law that applies to you.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may be necessary to take steps you request before a contract, to pursue legitimate interests in answering business inquiries and securing the website, to comply with a legal obligation, or to act with consent where consent is required.

You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal or information that must be retained under another valid basis.

06

Service providersServiceproviders

Four providers support hosting, email delivery, abuse prevention, and optional scheduling.

The website currently relies on Vercel for hosting and server execution, Resend for inquiry and acknowledgement email delivery, Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, and Google Calendar when you choose to schedule a call.

These providers may process information in countries other than your own and under their own documented terms. They receive only the information needed for the relevant function, subject to the configuration and account settings used by SuperNetrix.

  • Vercel: website delivery, function execution, security, and platform request data.
  • Resend: recipient and sender details, message content, and email delivery metadata.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: browser and challenge signals used to assess automated abuse.
  • Google Calendar: booking details only when you open and complete the scheduling flow.

07

Email delivery and storageEmaildeliveryandstorage

The form sends email; it does not create a separate application lead record.

A successful inquiry creates one notification to the SuperNetrix business inbox and one acknowledgement to the address you supplied. Your address is used as the reply-to address for the internal notification so the team can respond to the correct sender.

The current application does not write form submissions to a dedicated lead database. Copies may remain in the relevant sending and receiving email systems, provider logs, backups, or security records for the periods controlled by those systems and account settings.

08

Cookies and browser storageCookiesandbrowserstorage

The site does not currently run an advertising or behavioural analytics stack.

The SuperNetrix application does not currently set advertising cookies or use a dedicated behavioural analytics product. The contact page loads Cloudflare Turnstile only for bot verification, and linked third-party services may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies under their own policies.

Browser controls can limit cookies or storage, although doing so may affect bot verification, scheduling, or other third-party functionality.

09

Retention and deletionRetentionanddeletion

Records are kept only while there is a communication, security, legal, or business need.

Inquiry emails and calendar records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to the request, manage a resulting business relationship, maintain security and operational records, resolve disputes, or meet legal and accounting obligations.

Because exact periods depend on the type of record and provider settings, this policy does not promise one fixed deletion date for every record. When information is no longer needed, it may be deleted, anonymised, or allowed to expire under the relevant provider retention process.

10

Security and international processingSecurityandinternationalprocessing

Reasonable safeguards are used, but internet and email delivery are not risk-free.

The contact endpoint uses server-side validation, body-size limits, same-origin checks, a hidden anti-spam field, Cloudflare Turnstile validation, escaped email content, and idempotent submission handling. Provider credentials are intended to remain in server environment settings rather than frontend code.

Service providers may process information outside your country. Their contractual, organisational, and technical safeguards apply to that processing. No website, email system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

11

Your privacy choicesYourprivacychoices

Depending on your location, you may have rights over personal information about you.

You may contact badri.supernetrix@gmail.com to ask whether SuperNetrix holds inquiry information about you, request access or correction, object to or restrict certain processing, request deletion, or ask for a portable copy where the applicable law provides that right.

We may need enough information to verify the request and may retain limited records where required by law or where a valid security, dispute, or business-record basis applies. You may also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority in your location.

12

Children, external links, and updatesChildren,externallinks,andupdates

The service is business-focused and linked sites remain responsible for their own practices.

The website and inquiry flow are intended for business users and are not directed to children. Do not submit information about a child through the public form.

Project sites, source repositories, social networks, and the booking page are separate services. Their operators control their own availability, security, and privacy practices.

We may revise this policy when the website, inquiry flow, providers, or applicable requirements change. The date in the document header identifies the latest published version.
