MoneyOS
Cross-platform finance operating system for accounts, transactions, budgets, loans, crypto, reports, and WhatsApp-based finance workflows.
What the product covers.
MoneyOS is a private finance workspace built across mobile and web. The product foundation includes authenticated routing, account and transaction models, budgets, loans, crypto holdings, net-worth snapshots, notifications, recurring workflows, report generation, offline state, and Supabase-backed ownership rules.
The decisions inside the build.
A concise account of the operating problem, the resulting system shape, and the technical decision that kept the work coherent.
Problem
Transactions, budgets, liabilities, assets, crypto, recurring activity, and conversational finance inputs needed one ownership model across mobile and web.
System shape
Expo and Supabase connect authenticated mobile and web surfaces to PostgreSQL-backed accounts, transactions, budgets, loans, holdings, snapshots, reports, notifications, and offline-aware workflows.
Decision record
Financial records share one ownership model while individual views remain focused on the task a user is performing rather than exposing the entire data model at once.
